Dr Scot Gray teaches women how to eliminate neck pain with simple back stretches and back exercises.Instructions:- Lie flat on your back with your knees fully flexed and heels close to buttocks.- Slowly rotate knees together to one side as far as motion allows without pain.- Slowly rotate knees back to the upright position.- Slowly rotate knees to the opposite side as far as motion allows without pain.- Return knees to the upright position.- Repeat the above for 3 sets of 20.
